Completed in 2024, the fully leased 12-unit property is located in the North Hollywood Arts District. The property is comprised of 18,432 square feet, on a .31-acre lot, and includes 14 parking spaces. It is conveniently located near shopping, entertainment, and the Burbank Airport.
